Do you offer APIs?
OnePoint Global offers API's at two levels:
  1. Survey Level. We provide an API that allows you to connect your scripted surveys to you WAP, SMS and mobile applications.
  2. Messaging Level. If you have your own survey engine, OnePoint can provide you with a messaging gateway to trigger your own mobile research through SMS.
In addition, our unique keyword management facility provides the ability to share a short code without having to provide special prefixes to the text messages.
To make life easy we provide sample code for different platforms, server side and client side for .NET, java, objective c, etc.

How robust and reliable is your infrastructure?
OnePoint has invested in tier one infrastructure for its server hosting and its mobile gateways to connect the mobile world. Our Data security Policy is available on request as part of our standard terms of business. 
Can you integrate into 3rd party platforms?
 We are already integrated into over 100 different custom platforms and we integrate with all major research software such as ConfirmIT and SPSS through standard and custom web services as required or respected file formats.
Can you source, setup and manage short code numbers globally?
We have the most flexible short code service in the world. We already manage client specific short codes and have our own shared gateways to specific countries.
Our unique keyword management facility provides the ability to share a short code without having to provide special prefixes to the text messages.
Our messaging level API provides direct access to our global messaging gateway.  
Do you offer white-labelling?
We have three areas for white labelling:
  1. The OnePoint Administration Service that provide your client with access to our mobile survey administration service without the OnePoint label.
  2. The OnePoint Recruitment Service to be used in conjunction with the OnePoint TellMe App to access our mobile panel service.
  3. The OnePoint TellMe App mobile application used in conjunction with the administration service allows you to manage research and feedback white labelled for your needs.
Can your mobile application be branded with our company logo?
Yes, we can brand your mobile application to any level you require, from a simple colour change to full logo alteration. We provide the full service to submit your application to the different mobile app stores. 
Is it possible to automate the upload of data and pull-results in real-time?
We provide a many different levels of integration depending on you r requirements and your client requirements, including file transfer (SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/HTTPS), scheduled jobs and custom mapping of data for export and import.
