In 2010, we described mobile research as having the potential to
create a tipping point for the research industry. This year, we
have definitely crossed over; mobile research has truly entered a
new phase and is the accepted 5th research methodology.
Last year, we shared the lessons we had learned from 2,000
OnePoint supported mobile projects. All were unique, geographically
dispersed (47 countries) and accumulated over three years. One year
later and our findings are now based on supporting 20,000 mobile
projects in 74 countries.
